ScriptUtil.runScript method moved to AbstractGwtShellMojo and changed to use
plexus-utils CommandLineUtils
ScriptWriterUnix.chmodUnixFile(File) changed to use plexus-utils
CommandLineUtils
ScriptUtil.runTestScript may not be necessary anymore depending on strategy to
select a Mojo for tests or use standard surefire executions.
