Some of the APT options can't be set

I noticed that switch -d that JAXB schemagen for instance uses as output path
can't be set in any way.
By default the new configuration option could be
${project.build.directory/generated-classes/apt.
Here are all of the missing options:
-d <path> Specify where to place processor and javac
generated class files
-source <release> Provide source compatibility with specified release
-X Print a synopsis of nonstandard options
-J<flag> Pass <flag> directly to the runtime system
-print Print out textual representation of specified types
-factorypath <path> Specify where to find annotation processor
factories
