IO exception when the result file already exists

If the target file already exists, XSLT plugin throws an exception.
There should be an option to overwrite existing files.
How to test:
1) Set up some project to transform some XML. Put the config into
<project><build>, to be able to run it using `mvn xslt:transform`.
2) Now run it twice: `mvn xslt:transform`. You will see that the second time,
XSLT plugin will throw an exception saying "Unexpected end of file".
