Ok..looks like there are spaces in your source path 'Documents and
Settings....' . Can you deploy from a different directory and see if that
works? Also, 503 might indicate that something was wrong with the weblogic
deployer internal tasks. Did you restart the weblogic server to see if that
cleaned up the issue? I noticed also that the URL in the error message doesn't
have the port specification....can you check that also please?
