Mark, due to the number of votes, I am now basically ready to add the requested
feature.
I have studied your patch, but there is one detail I'd like to see changed:
IMO, the locator should be used within the Resolver, for several reasons:
- Enables support for classpath resources in the ValidateMojo as well as in the
TransformMojo.
- Enables support for classpath resources even indirectly. (For example, a
local file might refer
to a schema, which is in the classpath.)
Are you ready to change your patch in that sense?
