The HostedMode class has a -server option that allows you to run the hosted
mode using a different embedded web server.
It would be nice if the gwt:run (and debug) goal has an extra optional
parameter to support this.
This is particularly useful if you're developing using GWT and GAE/j. This
option will allow you to run hosted mode with GAE's development server.
