Ability to add a long description into updatesite information

updatesite manifest contains two tags:
* OpenIDE-Module-Short-Description
* OpenIDE-Module-Long-Description
Actually both contains ${pom.description}. We can keep that for short
description, but for long description it could be fine if you can paste content
of an external file (for example src/main/nbm/longDescription.txt)
Because long description is displaying into plugin manager when we select a
given plugin and more data (and more dynamic data) could be interesting (for
example we could generate (or append) longDescription.txt from JIRA issues ...)
