The goal should provide "now" as formatted string in a property. The goal
should have 4 parameters:
# timeZone: A time zone string (like UTC or Europe/Berlin) used to transform

"yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSSZ" as default
# locale: The locale used for the formatted string using Locale.ENGLISH as
default
# currentTimeProperty: The name of the property in which to store the result
