Missing license in tarballs and sources

do not contain license.

recommends using MIT, but this still doesn't provide enough information to
verify what is the intended license for mojo-parent.
Please include license name in pom.xml, or include it in produced tarballs. In
the meantime could you please comment what is the intended license? I am
guessing MIT, but better safe than sorry.
