I've had the same problems with this plug-in, and it seems to be related to the 
fact that you cannot configure the "type" parameter to jwsc. With the ant task, 
for jax-ws web services, you can set "type=JAXWS", you can't for the plug-in, 
so it seems to be trying to generate wev-services as jax-rpc all of the timem.
