If one uses the option -Dmaven.test.skip=true the compilation of the test
classes will not take place. Thus our openjpa-maven-plugin is unable to find
classes and will fail.
We should enhance the openjpa-maven-plugin to skip the OpenJpaTestEnhancerMojo
if mvn got invoked with -Dmaven.test.skip=true.
