The testing is manual until either the maven-shitty-plugin gets updated to be
compatible with Maven 3 or I rewrite the tests to remove the dependency. I had
a script with the that would test all the versions of Maven (~6) which saved a
lot of time.
I believe I am current on all the other current housekeeping requirements up to
date.
