Hello,
Nice it looks everybody agree here.
So I will start the ip clearance on ASF side.
As I can see in svn log most are already ASF comitters (so CLA is in ASF).

bash-3.00$ svn log --xml
http://svn.codehaus.org/mojo/trunk/mojo/tomcat-maven-plugin/ | grep
author | sort |uniq -c
   2 <author>bentmann</author>
   3 <author>brianfox</author>
   1 <author>carlos</author>
  10 <author>dennisl</author>
   2 <author>hboutemy</author>
   3 <author>jvanzyl</author>
  39 <author>mark</author>
  92 <author>olamy</author>
   1 <author>rafale</author>
   8 <author>thragor</author>
   6 <author>trygvis</author>

Only one is missing for Mark (id : thragor).
So I ask you have a look here [1] in order to provide the necessary
cla material (if any issue contact me)

Thanks,
