unpack is a global setting, but it is convenient to use jboss-maven-plugin also
for non-unpackables
this patch adds method
private boolean isUnpackable(File srcFile)
if unpack == true, copyFile also checks if the srcFile is actually a zip
archive before unpacking. (If srcFile is not, then just do a regular copy)
