MAPPASM-22 introduced the generic @BASEDIR@ placeholder in the
"extraJvmArguments" tag, which gets either expanded to %BASEDIR% on Windows or
$BASEDIR otherwise. This no longer seems to work.
The #REPO# placeholder, which got introduced with commit r3195 works no longer
either.
