2.3.0-SNAPSHOT documented, but not available yet?

The archetype (described on http://mojo.codehaus.org/gwt-maven-plugin):
mvn archetype:generate \
-DarchetypeRepository=repo1.maven.org \
-DarchetypeGroupId=org.codehaus.mojo \
-DarchetypeArtifactId=gwt-maven-plugin \
-DarchetypeVersion=2.3.0-SNAPSHOT
doesn't install anything because the 2.3.0 version isn't around.
In fact the whole gwt-maven-plugin page beautifully documents version
2.3.0-SNAPSHOT, but the actual code seems to be missing? Rare event, when the
documentation is published before the code :)
Btw, JIRA doesn't seem to be aware of 2.3. either.
