Upgrade minimum required Maven version to 2.2.0

We are already using maven-reporting-impl:2.1 which requires at least Maven
2.1.0. If we want to upgrade we minght as well upgrade to Maven 2.2.0 which
will allow us to use Java 5 features, since is the first version to require
Java 5
The reason that prompts this upgrade is to get reporting working with Maven 3.
I'd rather drop support for Maven 2.0.x if it means that we can support Maven 3.
