The simpliest way to doing this is to add thoses informations into the
repositories properties file.
Each line defines a new license to add in the license repository, let's use
this syntax :
{noformat}myLicense=My new license
~~license:nameOfLicenseFile.jrs~~header:nameOfHeaderFile.hvf{noformat}
In the example the two files should be *nameOfLicenseFile.jrs* and
*nameOfHeaderFile.hvf*
