According to the [Header
Model|http://mojo.codehaus.org/license-maven-plugin/header.html] documentation,
it says that you can configure:
* start process tag
* header section delimiter
* end process tag
But from the [Plugin
Documentation|http://mojo.codehaus.org/license-maven-plugin/update-file-header-mojo.html],
I don't see a way to configure these elements...
