Once Ben gets the Emeritus role in place, I will regenerate this list, i.e. (note: the date will shift so that it is 1 years worth of commits) svn log http://svn.codehaus.org/mojo -r {2010-11-07}:HEAD --xml | grep \<author\> | sort -u | sed -e s/\<\\/\*author\>//g And any developers not on the resulting list will be marked Emeritus. The idea behind marking developers as Emeritus is so that we have a standard way of identifying who are active committers. Anyone who is marked Emeritus and wants commit access back only has to ask, no votes required. This is _not_ expiring merit. We can then look at plugins which are left without an active committer and decide what to do with them... hopefully we will find somebody to take them over.
