JIRA setup here sucks. Can't change anything about a cloned issue even. I
wanted to keep information relative to this discussion. I will try to create a
new one and link it. This problem still exists, and it is related to the
nbm-file bits of the nbm plugin. What does nbm-file even mean with regard to
maven.
