Encoding for jnlp template file(src/main/jnlp/template.vm) is fixed to velocity
default (ISO-8859-1).
I have to use UTF-8 for my jnlp template. However, I cannot found any way to
set it up.
AFAIK, there are no explicit handling on encoding in Webstart Plugin source
code.
Is there any workaround to specify encoding? If there are no way, it is urgent
to provide it.
