There were not any bugs in the sample. Once I added some source with known
bugs I go the noted behavior. Sorry back to the beginning. Upon research I
think this may be resolved in the newer Doxia versions and the new site plugins
which are only supported on Maven 3. I will spend some time looking further
into that solution.
