1. You can't, neither can I. But I can ask to create MLESSCSS. Quite recently we had the same discussion: first a spearate JIRA-key for the project and next stage, OR first stage and after approval re-tag with the new JIRA-key. The problem is when to move from beta's to the first final (mature) release. IMHO a few months is not enough. I'd go for a beta-2 and no JIRA-key yet.
