1.1 is not released, but it is the current development version (aka
1.1-SNAPSHOT).
I noticed that the [site|http://mojo.codehaus.org/buildnumber-maven-plugin/]
doesn't reflect the released version due to an experiment, but 1.0 is the
latest released and stable version.
