Description:
the documentation states that the plugin binds by default to the 'initialize'
phase. If I do not specify <executions/> that do the binding by hand, the
plugin does not execute.
This happens for both :create and :create-timestamp lifecycles.
Shouldn't the plugin generate both of these if there are no specific lifecycle
bindings?
