For 999 out of 1000 this is indeed true. Only if you have attached something to
the site-lifecycle you might need to call {{site-deploy}}, but people who have
done so have enough knowledge to know the difference between {{site-deploy}}
and {{site:deploy}}.
I'll pick this up for the next release.
