It would be useful to have the above configuration option
(runOnlyAtExecutionRoot) in the following goals:
* maven-version
* parse-version
* regex-property
* released-version
* reserve-network-port
* timestamp-property
as well, if it is not already available, but based on the docs it's not
available for the above goals in particular in relationship with multi-modules
builds.
