Will May edited a comment on MVERSIONS-144 Allow excluding certain versions of artifacts Attached is a patch which allows a user to exclude versions based on patterns in the rules.xml file; both global and per rule. I've added Mockito to make it easier to write a unit test and I've updated the version of JUnit.
