Milos Kleint commented on MNBMODULE-138 Support *.external entries in NBMs i'm fine with extending the org.codehaus.mojo.nbm.model.Dependency/ moduleDependencies parameter with another field eg. <external>true</external>. By default it would be false. The hardest part is explaining what it does and what are the consequences at platform/IDE runtime.
