It seems as something has changed in the new plexus-archiver so that sources aren't copied correctly (FileHelper.copySource()). Actually, nothing is ever copied. The change in plexus-archiver that causes this happened in v 1.0-alpha-8 (v1.0-alpha-7 works fine).
