Was an option for the CRITICAL request above, "please do not overwrite the original manifest file of the JAR", implemented in the plugin? I am trying use webstart-maven-plugin to build a project to deploy an Eclipse app with webstart, and the dependent jars (bundles/plugins) need to be re-signed. Their bundle-specific manifest entries are being clobbered by the signer, however, which is causing deployment issues. I don't see any options in the docs to retain the original manifest.
