It is a long time now we did not bump plugin versions in the mojo-parent pom.
I'd like to do it, based on:

Critical updates are (IMHO):
site (I try it on 3.2 and it works 3.0 was not)
compiler (I don't know if version 3.0 is ok ? since incremental stuff seems not
to be perfectly working)

If nobody is against I will create issues and fix them.
