this problem caused by Cobertura which Cobertura plugin depended.
so we can fix this bug,before Cobertura developers would fix this.
1.checkout Cobertura source code from svn:https://cobertura.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/cobertura/trunk/
2.follow this article to fix:http://d.hatena.ne.jp/couger/20110705/1309871425
3.run ant to build,and get Cobertura.jar.
4.replace Cobertura with this in the maven storage.
5.submit the bug to Cobertura.
