hello can we have a release of 1.3 exec-maven-plugin? it's been over a year since the last release and having a fix for http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MEXEC-66 would really help me in the netbeans integration. If the default owner doesn't have time for the release, I'm willing to volunteer..
