I tried mvn clean install license:aggregate-add-third-party with your it and it works fine. For a release could you do something like mvn release:perform -Dgoals="install license:aggregate-add-third-party deploy site-deploy". Quite a bit ugly, but could work... Problem to run another aggregate mojo at the end of a build can not be done (or I don't know how to do this).
