Here are the results as of today: https://github.com/imagej/imagej/compare/c6a0af409c...tidy-m-p-results It appears the issue with collapsing blank lines is much improved (though a few are still collapsed). And now, rather than altering leading elements to have a single leading space instead of a tab, the leading tab is simply stripped. Of course, I would prefer that tidy-m-p make no whitespace changes at all.
