Version 3.3 needed for maven 3.1 compatibility, see https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/MAVEN/AetherClassNotFound. This can easily be fixed by updating pom.xml properties <sitePluginVersion>3.3</sitePluginVersion>. For this patch, I also updated all other possible dependency and plugin versions which required no code changes. Verified all existing tests and integration tests still work OK. Also added maven-invoker-plugin to run non-destructive tests (display-*-updates and *-updates-report) against the project itself each time the build is run, to ensure any changes continue to work OK. Environment: maven-versions-plugin 2.2-SNAPSHOT (selection not available in 'affects versions' dropdown) as of 8/23/2013.
