Since we assign values to the -source and -target, we should not override these values assigning a configuration parameter value for the complianceLevel parameter. Come to think of it, one could wonder if the complianceLevel parameter should be settable at all, since we read the other default values from the environment settings. ... and this implies we need to release a 1.5.1 bugfix version to rectify this problem.
