At the moment, we are only trying to build a java app with a number of dependencies. Normally the webstart plugin (1.0-beta-3) signs all the dependencies and bundles them under the lib directory. With 1.0-beta-4-SNAPHSOT, if we add the <updatedManifestEntries>, only the app jar gets signed and bundled. have attach the entire pom (pom.xml). Sorry about that.
