Bob Fields updated MVERSIONS-246 Invoke versions-maven-plugin against the plugin itself, during the build Had to drop back to doxia 1.4, there is a separate dependencyConvergence issue with v1.5 causing the reports to fail (that really should be part of the parent pom enforcer configuration). Moved the run-its invoker configuration from plugin to the profile configuration, so that there could be two different configurations for two different invocations. Also updated to maven-reporting-api 3.0. Note this invocation specifies the current project GAV, while the reporting plugins configuration specifies the previous release version, so the plugin will still be releasable. Thanks.
