Reading all the comments leads me to the following question:
Wouldn't it be better to allow the user to specify a class that extends AbstractGenerator in the configuration and let generateJnlpFile() use this class? The default is JarResourcesGenerator.
This would allow more flexibility on how the native dependencies are processed.
