No, there is no such setup.
I looked at https://builds.apache.org/
There is also a wiki: http://wiki.apache.org/general/Jenkins
It seems that this system checks automatically the integrity of the build and
validates all the tests.
This is nice if there are many developers sending patches at the same time.
So, I assume that we should do MRQL-34 first (Junit) and then set it up for CI.
