Hi, While MRQL probably meets the minimum requirements to graduate, I believe the IPMC will be looking to see if MRQL has a viable community to survive on its own.
>From what I see, it looks like there are 4 active committers on the mailing list. Leoidas is (effectively) the only person who has committed to the project[1]. Project activity[2] is low. The first release vote had 3 committer votes and the second received 4 committer votes. Good news to see Lee Moon Soo voted in based in his patches and hopefully that will turn into commits on the project. However, I believe the MRQL is not yet ready and needs a bigger active community of committers to be sustainable as a top level project.
