[MRQL-74] Update Flink version to 0.9.0
Added some more changes to pass the JIRA tests: Changed the QueryTest class
to ignore the tracing output from Flink 0.9.0. Now flink mode passes all tests.
Updated the pom and config files to use Flink 0.9.0 by default. Now MRQL cannot
compile in other Flink versions.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
