Hi everyone, As we have updated the LICENSE file which caused the failure vote for 1.1.0.RC0, I'd like to propose a vote to release Apache MXNet (incubating) version 1.1.0.RC1. Voting will start now (Friday, Feb. 9) and end at 11:10 p.m., Monday, Feb. 12.
