Authoring matters, not merging.

If we're able to get license grants/ICLAs signed by the following GitHub
users, that would be great:

sneakerkg
kevinthesun
hjk41
mavenlin
tornadomeet
winstywang
qiaohaijun
vchuravy
Roshrini
howard0su
sbodenstein
ptrendx

And they may now be committers and signed ICLA, just hadn't back in
September 2017.
