Hello Mandar, I think there is a misunderstanding. We as a project are always happy to be available to help with questions, but this sounds like you are trying to hire somebody as main author - this is slightly out of scope for our email list. If somebody is interested to be the main author, they will get in touch with you.
I personally am just a representative of the project, but I don't have the time nor the possibilities to help you to such an extent.
