Hello Dev List, Docker has reported an issue with "Elevated error rates on Docker Hub Registry" [1]. This could have an effect on PR processing time due to our CI relying heavily on Docker containers in both the base layer as well as individual cached layers. Worst case scenario would be that no PRs are validated, and that execution would fail with a "503 Service Unavailable".
