On weblogic you get the error:

The Tag class 'org.apache.myfaces.taglib.html.ext.HtmlSelectOneMenuTag' has no
setter method corresponding to TLD declared attribute 'escape', (JSP 1.1 spec,
5.4.1)
org.apache.myfaces.taglib.html.HtmlSelectMenuTagBase has no setter for the
escape attribute which is inherited by the HtmlSelectOneMenuTag. The tomahawk
tld includes the "escape" attribute.
